Discount Fires will deliver high quality, low priced gas fires, electric fires, stoves and fireplaces throughout the UK. We aim to provide not only the best prices and products available, but to also provide you with the best delivery of your products available within the UK. Once your payment has successfully been processed we will dispatch your order.

We aim to have your order fully processed, packaged, shipped and delivered within a maximum of 10 working days. We carry a selection of stock which will be shipped once your payment has been successfully processed, Discount Fires Limited aim to keep expenses to a minimum and will order many products direct from the manufacturer rather than incur the extra costs of storing a massive level n stock. It is this practise that allows us to keep the costs of your new gas fire, electric fire, stoves and fireplaces to an absolute minimum, passing the savings directly to you.

Quality Couriers

We ensure that we only use the highest quality of couriers to deliver our extensive range of gas fires, electric fires and stoves, providing you with full peace of mind and ensures that your products are delivered are in factory condition and are fully insured. Once your product is shipped we will inform you by email to ensure that somebody is available to sign for your new appliance.

Additionally if you purchase your dream fireplace or fire surround from Discount Fires, our quality couriers will ensure that your new fireplace or fire surround arrives undamaged in transit.

Returns Policy

We only stock items from the most reputable sources, and the authenticity of every brand and/or manufacturer is guaranteed. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage. However, if an item that you have ordered is not as it was described on the site or wish to cancel the order*, this can be done within 7 working days which begins the day after receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned unopened and undamaged at customer's expense and a refund, less the original shipping costs will be issued within 30 days of goods return. When returning goods to us please contact us for full instructions, any item returned without consent from ourselves will not be accepted. We reserve the right to claim costs incurred to us on transaction processes incurred by bank authorisation charges.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase in most cases Discount Fires Ltd will be happy to offer a suitable exchange or a refund within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please note where an item is not faulty we will charge 10% re-stocking charge and original postage charges will not be refunded.

If an item is delivered to you in a damaged condition, for insurance purposes, we strongly recommend that you inform us within 24 hours, whereupon we will immediately make arrangements for the full refund, exchange or replacement of the damaged item. Discount Fires Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund including postage if the item is deemed not to be faulty.
